Many aspiring guitarists don't understand how to improve both hands simultenously.
That's where hand synchronization comes into play.

But here's the funniest thing - playing rhythm guitar and focusing on your right hand chops not only improves your right hand dexterity but also both hands working together!
When you improve your picking hand and strumming hand you also inevitably improve your left hand precision too.
Interesting, right?
Okay.
But what exercises do you need to do?
Well, there are many things you can do and practice in your daily guitar playing routine:
You can mute strings with your left hand and just strum with your right hand. Choose different strumming patterns. Play, for example, eight notes, triplets or sixteenth notes.
Also, you can mute single strings with your left hand and alternate pick with the right hand. Play subdivisions or syncopated notes.
Don't mute strings. Play certain chords with your left hand.
Use right hand palm muting. Or right hand anchoring & floating to train your right hand.
Remember, the most important thing you need to understand is that each hand is dependent on the other.
Never forget to work on both hands.
Alternate picking and similar techniques are great. But strumming is essential too.
When you strum, you integrate rhythm into your whole body.
By the way, also always tap your left foot, or move your body to the rhythm.
Conclusion
Whenever I practice strumming and focus on improving my rhythm hand, I also always see great results with my left hand synchronization.
So folks, if you want good timing and rhythm technique, and hand synchronization I highly suggest working on your right hand diligently - strumming and muted strings alternate picking.
Okay.
That's all for today.
Happy practicing!
